Following your request, we start looking for your future nanny. Every day, Momji adds to its pool of nannies by meeting new candidates face-to-face in our agencies. We give them tests to check their knowledge in terms of safety, health and hygiene. We also assess their motivation and confirm that they possess all the essential qualities to look after children. Nothing is left to chance.

Our teams will present you with the profile of the nanny who matches your expectations. If your children are under 3, we only select nannies who have a diploma or significant experience with toddlers. And as the feeling between your nanny and your family is essential, you get to know each other beforehand and validate her profile.

Have you met your ideal nanny? Then the childcare can begin. With Momji, you don't have to do a thing. As your nanny's employer, we take care of everything: her contract, pay slips, salary, remote transmission with the CAF... Our teams also regularly check in with you and your nanny to make sure everything is running smoothly.
