Tax credit
Good news: the Momji* service allows you to benefit from the tax credit, which will considerably reduce your bills!
Your youngest child is under 6 years old
Taxable or not, you benefit from a tax credit** of 50% on all your expenses, after deduction of CAF/MSA grants and allowances. So you can drastically reduce your bill!
Each year, Momji* provides you with a tax certificate for invoices paid during the previous calendar year. And just like that, you're entitled to a tax credit.
Your youngest child is over 6 years old
Now, thanks to Momji*, you can benefit from the immediate tax credit and pay only 50% of the price - and that's it!
It's Momji* who registers you with Urssaf. They send you an email to activate your online account. It couldn't be simpler!
Momji* then sends you a monthly invoice showing the number of hours worked. Payment is easy: you pay only 50% of the cost of your service.
This invoice is then forwarded to Urssaf with a request for payment of the other half, corresponding to your immediate tax credit. You receive a notification from Urssaf: you have 48 hours to tacitly validate or contest this request for payment.
How can I benefit from the immediate tax credit?
All you need to do is :
- have a French tax number and have filed at least one tax return,
- be domiciled in France,
- have a bank account in France.
Good to know about tax credits
The 50% tax credit applies to all expenses, up to a maximum of €12,000 per year per tax household, plus €1,500 per dependent child in deferred tax credit. As the ceiling for personal services expenditure cannot exceed €15,000, the amount of tax credit deductible is therefore a maximum of €7,500.
The CESU prefinanced contribution or financial assistance from the company or the CSE does not qualify for the tax credit.
